A leader in precision steel pipe fittings, is seeking a Lead Tooling Engineer to own and lead our tooling function. This hands-on leadership role manages tooling projects from design through production and serves as the technical authority on tooling performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design tooling (dies, punches, mandrels) using CAD (Inventor preferred)
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and improve performance
• Support production, safety, and custom order feasibility
• Manage vendors, tooling lifecycle, and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree required
• 5+ years in tooling design (forging, stamping, or heavy manufacturing)
• Strong CAD, GD&T, and material/heat treatment knowledge
• Ability to work in a shop-floor environment

Preferred: Experience with pipe fittings, ASME/ASTM standards, CNC/CAM, or 3D scanning

The Front Counter Sales Associate serves as the first point of contact for walk-in and call-in Construction customers, providing excellent service to contractors, builders, and homeowners. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, preparing quotes, entering sales orders, coordinating pickups and deliveries, processing returns and credits, and answering questions regarding product availability, pricing, and applications. This role also focuses on generating sales through cross-selling complementary products while ensuring accurate order entry and documentation.

Additional duties include maintaining product knowledge across building materials such as lumber, roofing, siding, drywall, insulation, concrete, doors, windows, and hardware. The associate monitors inventory levels, coordinates will-call orders, stages materials for pickup, communicates backorder updates, supports inventory counts, and helps maintain accurate stock records.

• Salary: $38,000 annually (approximately $18.27/hour equivalent)
• One free Friday per month after 6 months of employment
